How long is Delivery?
Delivery on all items is an estimated 1-3 weeks however if there are delays with manufacturing, this process can take longer. You will be updated with shipping information once your item is shipped. Please contact us to get an answer to any queries about your order. If this timeframe passes and we have not replied to any emails or messages, and your order is not with you, you are eligible to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
Washing Instructions
The recommended washing settings for our items are as follows: Use a cold water cycle to prevent any fading and/or peeling of screen printed items. Also use a delicate-wash cycle. Add in your normal portion of delicate laundry detergent, and only wash with items of similar colour. Washing inside out is also highly recommended. Please contact us for specifics you may want to know for individual pieces.
What is our Return and Exchange policy?
Due to us being a small start-up brand each of our items are made in demand, if there is a fault with any pieces of clothing you have received upon receiving it we can offer you an exchange for a new item / items of the same value or a replacement of the same item, please bare in mind the fact that we check each item before shipping to customers. The items will have to be shipped back to us for further inspection before issuing this exchange. When returning, exchanging or refunding items, shipping costs from customer to us are to be covered by the customer unless stated otherwise by us via E-mail. These charges vary and are responsible to be paid by the recipient. Any damages that occur by the customers own doing can not be replaced or exchanged, so please do not request this unless there is an issue the moment you receive your order. If you do unfortunately find and issue with your order, please email us using our email found at the bottom of the page, ONLY IF THE ITEMS CAN NOT BE REPLACED OR EXCHANGED AND THERE IS A FAULT, will we issue a refund, send us an email stating the reason for refund, and we will provide you with an address to send your item(s) back to. You are eligible for a refund only if the items have met all previous requirements, have been returned, in unworn condition with all original tags still on the item(s). Once sent back to us, we will verify the condition of the item(s) and contact you to initiate your refund. Once initiated, refunds can take up to 15 working days, or sometimes longer depending on your provider to return to your account. Please note we cannot speed up this process.
Customs and Charges
All orders are shipped from the UK. YKTV Clothing are in no way involved in the request of any customs charges or taxes when your order reaches your destination country, nor can we be held accountable for the loss or delay of any items by couriers once we have shipped items from our warehouse and been issued shipping confirmation. When returning items, shipping costs from customer to us are to be covered by the customer unless stated otherwise by us via E-mail. These charges vary and are responsible to be paid by the customer.
